Copper Kettle [Chalk Pastel] Description:

Before May 2019, there wouldn't have been as much to say on the topic: After the 2014 Bangor State Fair, I created this image of a copper kettle that was used as a decoration. I easily recreated the design of the dusty decor, and then fabricated the background. I decided to add an expensive stone countertop using chalklines for detail. And a few months later, this picture won a blue ribbon at the 2015 Bangor State Fair. Before May 2019, this would have been the end of the story. But on Sunday, May 26 2019: I received a message saying that I made a sale. Someone in Scotland ordered a greeting card with this design. This was my first sale. And at the time of this being written, my only sale.
